原理.试验方法Test Method

电池跌落试验机可对试样的面、角、棱任意方向作自由跌落试验，配备编码器进行高度跟踪，从而能精确地给出产品跌落高度，与预设跌落高度误差不超过±1%。设备周围加装围板,高度600mm，防止试样在跌落测试过程中发生爆炸或破裂，可能发生的液体及其他内容物飞溅，防止伤害测试人员。 T

he battery drop test machine can perform free drop test on any direction of the surface, angle and edge of the sample, and is equipped with an encoder for height tracking, so that the drop height of the product can be accurately given, and the error from the preset drop height is not more than ±1 %. The equipment is surrounded by a baffle with a height of 600mm to prevent the specimen from exploding or breaking during the drop test, and possible splashing of liquids and other contents to prevent damage to the tester.
